Fees and Dates
Sessions and payments are managed using our on line portal. Using the portal you can book sessions, manage payments, pay invoices and keep track of attendance. You will need to create an account, please visit here: https://secure.tutorcruncher.com/wwwthelearningroomcouk/signup/client/
Fees are £33 (VAT included) for a 60 minute session and we offer discounts for termly payments.
Our term dates align to Brighton and Hove Schools. The dates for 2026/2027 can be found here.
We offer a discount for siblings:
September: 2 Children £217.50, 3 Children £272.50
October: 2 Children £162, 3 Children £201.50
November: 2 Children £217.50, 3 Children £272.50
December: 2 Children £162, 3 Children £201.50

Sessions are £33 each for Key stage 1/2/3/4 sessions, £40 each for Key stage 5 lessons and depending on term dates, monthly invoices will either be for three or four weeks.
A sibling discount is available for more than one student.
Fees
payment
We invoice on a monthly basis, from the 1st of the month, with payment due in 7 days. Invoices can be paid via our online portal, although we prefer on line payments, we accept bank transfers and child care vouchers.
Government funding may be available, in the form of Working Tax Credits, Childcare Grants or Universal Credit. Visit www.gov.uk and check your eligibility.
