Science Tuition

Practicing the science skills rather than curriculum content, to include:

  • Fundamental knowledge of particle theory across all 3 Science disciplines

  • Required practicals in detail 

  • Past paper practice

The Learning Room provides tuition and can build the confidence needed to approach the very content heavy Science GCSE curriculum by working on the skills that apply to all 3 disciplines of Science but due to time limitations cannot be a focus when at school. 

 

Through extensive exposure to exam style questions, your child will be confident with the technical language needed to complete the longer answer questions in terms of particles and energy whilst demonstrating extensive scientific literacy in their approach to scientific enquiry and practical skills.

We can help build confidence and equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their schoolwork, exams and beyond

Regular reports will be available which inform you of the progression your child is making.
